Originally formed as a neighborhood association and registered with the County Clerk of Dallas County, Texas on 1 February 1978, Twelve Five Hundred Preston Owner’s Association (the “Association”) received its “Certificate of Formation Nonprofit Corporation” from the Secretary of the State of Texas on 20 August 2009. The Association amended its Bylaws and Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (“CC&Rs”) instruments in 2009 and 2010, amended and restated them in 2014, and amended its CC&Rs in 2022.  The instruments currently in effect are available below.
